1. Service

Europacific Tracking is a read-only ChatGPT App that returns the logistics status of a Europacific Logistika shipment when you provide a shipment reference (PF number, container, MBL/HBL, transport order or booking number). It is provided for informational convenience.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the app only to look up shipments you are entitled to track.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• The app is read-only and cannot create, change or delete any data.

3. Accuracy & availability

Shipment data reflects our operational system at the time of the request and may change. We provide it "as is" without warranty of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we may modify or discontinue the service at any time. Official documents and milestones remain the authoritative source.

4. No pricing or personal data

The app returns only shipment logistics — never pricing, commercial terms, or personal/customer data.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Europacific d.o.o. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information returned by this app.
