This policy explains how the Europacific Tracking app (the ChatGPT connector at https://myeuropacific.com/api/mcp) handles data when you ask it about a shipment.

What the app does

You provide a single shipment reference (a Position Folder/PF number, container number, MBL/HBL number, transport order number, or booking number). The app looks that reference up in the Europacific Logistika operational system and returns the shipment's logistics status.

Data we receive

• The shipment reference you type into your request.
• Standard technical request metadata (timestamp).

We do not receive your chat history, profile data, contacts, or location.

Data we return

Only shipment logistics: status, origin→destination route, vessel/carrier, voyage, ETD/ETA, last location, container number(s), MBL/HBL number(s), and the latest milestone.

The app never returns pricing, selling rates, customer names, customer contact details, internal IDs, or any other personal/commercial data.

How we use it

• To resolve your reference and return the shipment status.
• We keep a minimal lookup log (the reference looked up, whether it matched, and the timestamp) to monitor demand and reliability of the service. This log contains no personal data.

Sharing & retention

We do not sell or share lookup data with third parties. Lookup logs are retained only as long as needed for operational analytics and then aggregated or deleted.

Legal basis & your rights

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing shipment visibility. Because the app returns only non-personal logistics data, no customer personal data is exposed through it. For any data request, contact us below.
